I love camouflaged creatures in the garden. This one showed up as I was relaxing in my new adirondack chair from Pam at Digging.

Took me a while, but I finally spotted him. Apparently, roadrunners have better vision, because they’ve been pretty successful at lizard hunting at my place.
The only reason I saw him is because I watched him run up the tree and get in position, otherwise, I never would have spotted him
Had to look at photo number two to see it. Isn’t it nice to just sit and watch. Otherwise you miss.
Yep, sometimes you just have to sit back and enjoy nature that we work so hard to bring into our garden.
I’m glad you’re getting some downtime in those chairs. Adirondacks are made for kicking back.
